Income Requirements

The combined gross monthly income of all household members must be at least 3 times the gross monthly rent and 2.5 times the net monthly rent.

If a co-signer is required, the co-signer’s gross monthly income must be at least 4.5 times the monthly rent.

Applications will be denied if the household’s income falls short of the required threshold by more than $10,000 annually, even with a qualified co-signer. If a co-signer is needed, please ensure the co-signer completes the online leasing application at the same time as the primary applicant.
